Kino Chef: My First Cookbook (and My Kitchen Pantry Staples)
I can’t even begin to explain how excited I am to share this with you!
Here goes…
Over the last year, I have teamed up with Kinobody.com’s Greg O’Gallagher to create the Kinobody cookbook, Kino Chef.
If you haven’t heard of him or any of his programs, he has had many successful men’s fitness programs and most recently a woman’s course called The Goddess Toning Program – which I have been doing and have seen some great results so far:
But as with any diet program, the nutrition part is MOST important…
And that’s where Kino Chef comes in!
What Is Kino Chef?
Kino Chef is a collection of healthy recipes that pair perfectly with all Kinobody programs. But don’t worry – if you aren’t doing any of the programs and you just want some healthy and absolutely delicious meals, this book is for you, too!
Now, if you ARE following one of Greg’s courses, then this cookbook is the perfect companion… It gives you the variety you need that will help you stay on track.
It has four main sections to the main book:
- Gourmet Dishes
- Greg’s Bachelor Recipes
- Side Dishes
- Small Meals & Desserts
These sections are great because the Bachelor Recipes section gives you some delicious and easy recipes that work for “everyday”… While the Gourmet section provides you with more variety that might take a little more time to make, but are great for a family dinner and/or weekend dinners.
Some of the recipes you’ll see in Kino Chef are Boneless Buffalo Wings, Chicken Enchilada Bake, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Chicken Tacos, Potato Wedges and Sweet Potato Fries… just to name a few.
A little bit of something for everyone and everyone’s cravings out there will definitely be met 🙂
The Goal Of This Cookbook
The goal of this cookbook is to provide healthy, wholesome, delicious recipes that everyone can easily make. To be successful in this fitness journey, it is important to have the right tools – and this cookbook is probably one of the most important ones.
If you aren’t enjoying what you’re eating on your diet, then you most likely won’t stick to it. That, or you become more prone to binge eating. It’s a whole cycle that we put ourselves through, but you don’t need to. You can be successful and reach the goals you want by easily sticking to this program, working out, and eating great food.
It’s time to stop limiting yourself and to start living how you should! Just by making these changes you will start to enjoy the process and not be so concerned about the end goal.

My Pantry Staples (How To Stay On Track)
Since I’ve worked the last year or so developing these recipes, I’ve noticed that there’s a “go to” list of staples I always keep in my pantry.
These are the things I always keep on hand to make cooking delicious recipes easier and have helped me be more successful in staying on track.
(After all, it’s MUCH easier to stay on track when you’re prepared.)
Having these items on hand will not only help you reach your goals, but you and your family will be very happy with the food that is being put on the table every night, lol:
This is just a short list, so it’s not “all inclusive”, but it’s a great start.
The Next Steps
All you need now is the Kino Chef cookbook, and to get cooking!
