Gyro Tacos with Tzatziki Sauce

Gyro Tacos with Tzatziki Sauce - Cooking Up Happiness

Gyro Tacos??? Yes you heard right… Why not take 2 things I love and just put them together (Gyros + Tacos = perfection!)

I’m always trying to switch things up and try different foods and the result is hopefully healthier and delicious recipes for you and I!

Gyros have always been a guilty pleasure my whole life… it would be such a treat when my parents would pick up a few gyros on the way home from work! So much flavor all wrapped up in a warmed pita… ah just the best combo 🙂

Now as I’ve gotten older I find I need to limit my take out ( as I’m sure a lot of you feel me on this!) but that doesn’t mean I don’t indulge from time to time. But I also find with meals like this that give me the feel of a take out meal and leave me feeling fulfilled, I don’t crave that bad stuff as much.
