Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

I decided it was time to make this broccoli recipe…

I’ve had a lot of friends that have raved about this garlic parmesan roasted broccoli dish and how delicious and easy it is!

My husband and I usually do the whole “steamable broccoli in the bag” and it usually does the trick, but I was so excited to make this dish and actually have some flavorful veggies.

…And that is exactly what this dish was! It didn’t disappoint one bit; it’s so easy too, just pop it in the oven for 12-15 minutes and you have a super flavorful side dish.

Give this garlic parmesan roasted broccoli a try and as a tip – you might  want to make a lot because the family will eat it up…

Just make sure they leave some for you!

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli


24 oz. fresh broccoli florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Add broccoli to a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to fully coat the broccoli florets.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil (sprayed with cooking spray).
  4. Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
